PurePeptides strives to provide high-quality products and customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all return and refund requests are reviewed individually.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may only be accepted for:

• Incorrect items received
• Products damaged during shipping
• Orders with verified fulfillment errors

To request a return, customers must contact sales@purepeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged by improper handling or storage
• Clearance or promotional items
• Products returned without authorization

Due to the sensitive nature of research products, PurePeptides generally does not accept returns for customer preference or ordering mistakes.

Refund Approval

Approved refunds may be issued:

• To the original payment method
• As store credit
• As a replacement shipment

PurePeptides reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Customers agree to contact PurePeptides before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund systems, or attempts to retain products while disputing charges may result in:

• Permanent account restrictions
• Refusal of future service
• Collection efforts where permitted by law

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized:

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by PurePeptides
• Returned products must be unused and in original condition where applicable

Processing Time

Refunds, replacements, or store credits are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Financial institutions may require additional time for funds to appear in customer accounts.
